Do I need a special browser to make online purchases from Bird Feeder Direct? Currently, we do not have online capability. Once our webmaster has completed the integration of our shopping cart software the following browser information will be applicable. In the meantime, please call toll free at 1 866-6FEEDER to place your order. To make online purchases from BirdFeederDirect.com once our shopping cart software is installed, you must have Netscape Navigator (version 4 .0 or higher) or Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 4 .0 or higher), which are SSL enabled browsers.

Will I receive a confirmation of my Bird Feeder Direct order via email? You will receive a confirmation email from Bird Feeder Direct within a few minutes of your purchase.

When and how can I find out the status of my order?
Customers can email us at orders@BirdFeederDirect.com. We will get back to you within 48 hours with your order status. Please check back soon for our online order tracking system.

What is the Bird Feeder Direct return policy?
It is the Bird Feeder Direct policy to unconditionally guarantee products in our collection for thirty days from the date of receipt. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against manufacturer's defects. Problems with special orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

(EST) by calling our toll free number 1 866-6FEEDER. Orders may also be placed by fax at 770 698-9875. A Bird Feeder Direct representative will contact you by phone or US Mail to confirm telephone order shipping dates and shipping surcharges.

Why is there an additional delivery surcharge for some items? If there is an additional surcharge it is usually due to geographical location, special delivery request or additional weight. If there is an additional surcharge the customer will be notified by email within 5 business days after and order is placed.
