Our Return Policy

At Bird Feeder Direct we take great care in producing, in house, all of our quality Victorian Cafes and Victorian Lodges and consequently can assure these products are of the finest quality. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please contact Bird Feeder Direct within 30 days and we will gladly refund the purchase price less the shipping charges. All items carry a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, please first contact returns@birdfeederdirect.com to receive a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number. Any items received without a return number, will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If an item arrives damaged, e-mail Bird Feeder Direct immediately at damagedgoods@birdfeederdirect.com. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. We will advise you of the procedure to be followed. DO NOT return item until instructed to do so. On returned items you will be responsible for shipping charges. For any items returned for exchange, Bird Feeder Direct will use the same shipping method used for your returned item(s). Bird Feeder Direct urges you insure the value of the item(s) that you return to us in the event it is lost or stolen.

Any returned item must be unused and in original factory packaging.
